Package misses cacerts.txt making SSL cert chain validation to fail

Bug Description

In order to validate the certificate chain python-httplib2 looks for cacerts.txt in the module directory.
This file although present upstream isn't included in our current package making all SSL calls to fail even when the remote site has a valid certificate.
