Using a slightly older Android image, things boot fine using the linaro+android-2.6.39 kernel source for me.

Currently pulling the current android images down to reproduce.

I suspect this is another uboot issue like we had in previous weeks.

So with the current images linked in the release mail, my beagle-xm booted up fine.

John's booted up with an A2, I have a C which booted up but I couldn't see any output on the HDMI monitor.

I'm not seeing anything that points to why the hdmi wouldn't be working.

Zach: Few more questions:
1) Do have an (older) image that is working with hdmi on your beagle-xm? Just a sanity check that the hw is working.
2) Want to also attach the logcat output to see if android is also not seeing the device or if it is just not functioning?

Outside of the initial triage here, not sure what else to look for. Probably need to get someone from TI to take a look at this.

The build will come up on a rev A2 but not a rev C.

A bug was filed at: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/x-loader/+bug/814279 x-loader may be causing the display and the serial port to fail on BeagleBoard xM Rev C to fix this.
