datetime needs to use evolution-data-server 3.1

Bug Description

if you try to install indicator-datetime it will fail with the following message:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 indicator-datetime : Depends: libedataserverui-3.0-0 (>= 3.1.2) but it is not going to be installed
E: Broken packages

looks like it needs to be rebuild to use the eds 3.1
