Bug Description

Binary package hint: mpg123

While selecting multiple multiple .mp3 files on the desktop (using the crtl + click method), one of the selected files samples itself repeatedly, giving the same result you achieve when you hover the mouse over the file. The sample repeats itself continuously with no way to move or deselect the files.

I resolved this issue by killing the mpg123 process, however it repeats itself when the files are reselected.

Currently using the most current updated Feisty x86 build (as of the time this report was filed), however i i had the same issue with Edgy.

Running a Dell Dimension 8200 with onboard audio.
256 megs of ram.
P4 2.0 Ghz processor.
Nvidia Geforce 420 MX Video card.

This isn't an mpg123 issue. Can you reproduce the symptoms in current 8.04 or 8.10 alpha?
