[GTK3] Default exhibit has name "Featured exhibit"

This patch:
* renames "Featured exhibit" to "Our picks", matching the banner
* tweaks "Ubuntu's sweetest applications" to "Ubuntu’s sweetest applications" (typographical apostrophe)
* Changes the formatting of the banner text to better suit the banner image.

This patch:
