Bug Description
Binary package hint: boinc-manager
Ubuntu 6.10, boinc-manager 5.4.11
Some dialogs contains ugly characters, like characters are printed in wrong code page; Maybe UTF-8 characters printed as ascii. I see such situation in dialog to "reset project". I am going to attach a screenshot. Similar bug related to BAM dialog was already fixed in the past.

I've just checked 5.4.11-5 and 5.8.15. I can confirm that this bug is present in 5.4.11-5 and that it is fixed in 5.8.15.
