Bug Description
1. From a laptop computer, click the battery icon in the default Ubuntu 11.10 Beta login screen.
2. Click Battery in the menu.
3. Surprisingly, Power Statistics pops up. Click Help in the popup window.
4. After a moment, Yelp, GNOME's Help app starts.
5. From Yelp, click any of the Launchpad Integration items in the Page menu (Get Help Online, for instance)
6. A web browser opens.
To fix, Power Statistics must not be launched from indicator-power in greeter mode.

Actually, it looks like this was cleaned up in gnome-power-manager 3.1.90 so I'll go ahead and mark this fix committed.

There's still the question of whether we want people to run the power statistics window in the greeter but at least it's not as big of a vulnerability.
