Can you please attach crash report? I get the same behavior clicking that link in feisty. I will try edgy tonight and report back. Ok firefox 3.0 seems to not crash.
What i have found out is http://www.wretch.cc/blog will not crash so im thinking its something on the persons blog (some sort of script(java maybe)) This does not crash on Edgys FireFox. and its not leaving a crash report i will try to grab backtrace.

Cornelius can you please follow the instructions at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MozillaTeam/Bugs
Which flash package do you have installed?
Which Java package do you have installed?
Which firefox extensions do you have installed?

It seems the site have a .wmv file that is causing the crash

After seeing the backtrace im gonna close this bug because it seems its not firefox but the site itself (file on the site) that is causing the crash. If this is determined to not be the case someone can reopen this bug. Please report hte other bug to a seperate report and attach crash file please. Thank you.

Indeed, this is a dupe of our "missing symbol" totem bug ... but what the number of our master bug again? ah ... bug 85112

there is no real indication that this is a duplicate of bug 85112. Removed that connection.

You have not attached a crash report. Because of that, we cannot process your bug. Rejecting for now. If you still can reproduce this issue let us know. Then we can guide you on how to generate a crash report.
