DockbarX fails to show the selected window when using drag and drop

Bug Description
This bug affects DockbarX 0.44-0~ppa1 as well as DockbarX 0.47-1~
When opening multiple instances of an application and trying to drag a file to one of those instances, DockbarX fails to show the desired window. It opens the window list when hovering over the group icon but does not select a window when hovering over its entry. (There doesn't even appear the little border telling you which entry would be actually selected).
This bug wasn't there forever, it appeared a few versions ago, sadly i can't tell exactly by which version it had been introduced.

I can confirm this. ubuntu 10.10 + compiz, dockbarx standalone.
I tried older revisions (even 300) and the bug is still there so it could be a changed dependency problem?
I have all dependences installed that are written in the readme file except zeitgeist.
There is no log/terminal output
