Should series/+sourceadmin be completely inaccessible to mortal users?

Or should it just be readonly? If it stays inaccessible, how do users find out where branches are being imported from?

/+source contains where they are being imported from. /+sourceadmin contains the knobs to control the import ...

Ideally, the import knobs would not need to be on a different page. They would only be displayed for whom it makes sense (I think all knobs should be visible to everybody), and they would only appear as editable widgets to who has the required privs.

Then, there is the implementation.
