icons dragged to trash from desktop fly back to the place from where they were dragged after 5 minutes

Bug Description
unity 4.16.0-0ubuntu2
1. create a new folder on the desktop, name it anything you want
2. drag it and drop on the trash so that it moves into trash
3. do what you were doing previously or just wait for 5 minutes
What happens
after 5 minutes you see the icon flying back to the place it was dragged from over any app you are using
What should happen
the icon should not be shown
