Bug Description

The CoC on http://www.ubuntu.com/community/conduct is different to the CoC on https://launchpad.net/codeofconduct/1.1

* There is an introductory part that is not on Launchpad -> Should be on a separate paragraph
* Some differences in the following text
* The trailing paragraph "We pride ourselves ..." on lp is not on ubuntu.com
* The trailing paragraph "The Ubuntu code of conduct is licensed ..." on ubuntu.com is not on lp

The CoC should literally be the same on both pages and leading and trailing paragraphs should be marked visually.

There is also a third version in trunk of the project page: http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~communitycouncil/ubuntu-codeofconduct/trunk/view/head:/CodeOfConduct.txt
an unrelease version?

After speaking to the Community Council, they tell me that the correct one is the one on Launchpad. So what needs to be done is just to:

* Update the code of conduct on ubuntu.com to the version on [1]
