Bug Description

using panda board, the landing team x11 enabled panda hwpack dated october 11th.

The kernel boots and the serial and graphical consoles work as far as text mode is concerned. However when starting X the following error messages are displayed. The full boot log is included.

The deadlock is still happening with latest SGX driver, but I'm unable to reproduce the dss errors with latest hwpack.
