IPv6 getting DNS server from stateless DHCP is broken

It's not completely clear to me whether we fixed that already or if it'll be fixed with 4.2. Anyway, looking at my 4.2 branch, make_resolvconf is called without checking for an address first, so I believe the behaviour with stateless should be the right one.

This bug was fixed in the package isc-dhcp - 4.2.4-1ubuntu1
