Bug Description

When choosing to install Ubuntu with 3rd party software enabled the installer tries to install Adobe Flash from archive.canonical.com and the partner repository. This site is experiencing heavy load and subsequently the installation of Adobe Flash may fail resulting in the installer, ubiquity, crashing.

This can be worked around by choosing not to install 3rd party software and installing flash at a later date.

This is likely a transient problem due to load on the archive.canonical.com server. You could wait a while and try installing again or choose not to install 3rd party software and then install flash later on.
