Beagle search always warns that beagle is indexing

Bug Description

Binary package hint: beagle

The Desktop Search window always shows a warning that "Your data is being indexed". From beagle-info, there is nothing actually being indexed at the moment:

$ beagle-info --status
Scheduler:
Count: 4130
Status: Waiting for the next trigger time

What does "$ beagle-info --index-info" say ?

It doesn't always, but when an inital index cannot be completed (like on a laoptop) then this might hang around for a while.
