Glance client using old Keystone auth format

Hey Liem, sorry for the delay in getting back to you on this one...

So, I think the reason this may have happened is because Keystone was changing very late in the Diablo release series. I'll look into this and definitely submit a patch to trunk and stable/diablo for the backport...

  In Glance' auth.py::_v2_auth(), we are still using the old format for
  Keystone auth, hence glance client will fail without the -A option.
