VU meters for instruments in Mixing workspace are slipping under main Main VU meter

Bug Description
When I have too much instruments, all their VU meters in Mixing workspace doesn't fit in one window. So two things are happening which seems not to be kinda right:
1. First, instrument VU meters "slips" under main VU meter, which looks not right
2. Second, there is no vertical scroll bar to get to VU meters you don't see
