Bug Description

Binary package hint: adept-notifier

Installed Feisty Herd 4 from scratch. Downloaded ISO and burned to CD i386. Installed from CD
Without modifying the repository selections, the list of updates includes several removals that shouldn't be removed.

language-selector-qt
If I cancel the language-selector-qt and kubuntu-desktop changes, the adept items change to upgradeable.
