orchestra preseed templates are not editable

Andres, we need to take a close look at much of Orchestra and Cobbler
and make sure that the things that should be editable are, and the
things that should not be, are not. For instance, our squid.conf
should be a conffile, but it's in /usr. These preseeds as well, as
someone might want to change the default password, for instance.

The preseed are not editable thru the cobbler website because they get installed into /var/lib/orchestra/kickstarts/ and then they are symlinked into /var/lib/cobbler/kickstarts.

If we were to install the orchestra preseed directly into /var/lib/cobbler/kickstarts, these preseed would be editable.

If this is a better approach we can simply change the installation path. Ideas?
