Some parts of Apport's code use the string "Ubuntu" instead of a string got by lsb-release.

I went through bzr grep ubuntu -- -i | grep -v @ubuntu.com, and I only found one place that needs fixing:
apport/
The rest are test cases, documentation links, etc.
