Bug Description
I accidentally installed nova-compute on my cloud controller (192.XX.XX.XX). I removed nova-compute from my cloud controller and went into the Openstack nova database 'Services' table and deleted the services from the table.
When I observe the service list in Dashboard, however, I'm seeing a compute service listed 3 times for my cloud controller and no buttons to Disable or delete it. It says each of these is "Enabled" and "Up" but there's no nova-compute services running on my cloud controller or in my Nova glance DB table.
Not sure if I need to 'reset' or refresh Dashboard's internal state or where this information is coming from.
See attached graphic for view of my service list.

UPDATE:
I think these may be services that 'Keystone' is managing or reporting?
I didn't change anything but now the last three rows are:
compute
( 192.XX.XX.XX ) - Enabled True
identity
( 192.XX.XX.XX ) - Enabled True
image
( 192.XX.XX.XX ) - Enabled True
Which are the three services i have defined as endpoints in my keystone DB.
