Bug Description
I have noticed that during the installation of Ubuntu Herd 5 to my hard drive that the scroll/progress bar is being progressed by white progress on the white background of the progress bar, thus making the progress status unseen except when it gets to any text that is displayed on the progress bar at which time when it gets to the point of the text that it then displayed the text such as 50% in intensified WHITE.
This same behavior is observed when doing the 73 internet updates to the O/S from the Ubuntu server.
And it continued to happen on another download that I did to get NTP working even after the 73 Ubuntu updates had been downloaded and installed.
Thanks.

I think this one was really a moot point, it that, when I went back and
reinstalled the system again and manually chose the graphics resolution
before booting to the DESKTOP CD it did NOT occur after that. BUT, I
did not have to follow that procedure when installing Dapper on this
same machine.
Thanks.
