Bug Description

Binary package hint: i810switch

It'd be nice to have support for that chipset too. Currently i810switch simply says that the PCI ID is not recognized.

Since upstream doesn't seem to care very much about this, I wonder if it'd be possible to simply get the fix straight into the package, like they did for debian.

I am closing this bug because i810switch has become obsolete with the new Intel driver which is enabled by default since Gutsy. With this driver and xrandr it should be easily possible to change monitor configuration. If it still doesn't work for you please open a new bug against package xserver-xorg-video-intel.
