Some scripts from "bin" are not installed

Bug Description

Some of the scripts are installed bug others, such as swift-recon, are not. I am not sure whether the intent was that they should all be installed or not but certainly the recon scripts should be.

What version are you using ? The swift-recon middleware and binary's should be included in 1.4.4.

I believe I am running 1.4.4. Here is dpkg and contents of /usr/bin/swift[Tab]. I am using this ppa:

 http://ppa.launchpad.net/swift-core/release/ubuntu oneiric main

They are in the tarball, but the packaging ignores them.
