Printing partially broken in monodevelop

Bug Description

Binary package hint: monodevelop

I'm using monodevelop 0.12-0ubuntu2 in Edgy, and I'm seeing weird printing behaviour. When sending Postscript jobs to a file or a printer, it produces garbage output, with the text replaced with tiny dots instead of real text. Printing to a PDF from the print dialogue seems to work, but then trying to print again fails to bring up the print dialogue unless I switch to another document first.

I'm now running monodevelop-0.12+dfsg-1ubuntu1 on Feisty. With this version, the postscript print output is correct to file (and I assume printer, but haven't tested it), but after printing once the print dialogue will still refuse to show up a second time.

I just had a chance to test this on gutsy, and on my system, the print dialogue still doesn't reappear after using it once. I tested by printing generic postscript to a file, and then attempting to print again. The second time, the print dialogue never appears. This is on amd64.
