Rosetta's po parser is too strict

Bug Description
We are not able to import .po files with plural forms that have a msgset with more plural translations than the ones especified for that language.
For instance, with this plural information:
Plural-Forms: nplurals=1; plural=0;\n
This msgset will break the po import:
#: rhythmdb/
#, c-format
msgid "%d song"
msgid_plural "%d songs"
msgstr[0] "%d parça"
msgstr[1] "%d parça"
