Rhythmbox crashes when loading the music.

What version of Ubuntu do you use?

Ubuntu 6.10 upgraded to latest Feisty Fawn (at that moment).
Banshee also crashes in a similar way on the same machine.

I'll try a backtrace too.

OS = 6.10 upgraded to latest Feisty Fawn (for that moment).

I can confirm the error with the following reproducable setup:

- Feisty Herd5 i386 clean install
- start Rhythmbox
- choose existing mp3 collection (in my case located on nfts drive if of interest)
- start import

I started playback during the import. After some minutes a crash occurs and the crash reporter pops up but rhythmbox continues its work.

rhythmbox never ends loading my music library from my server via ssh, which has been scanned before.

ubuntu-feisty.

actually rb uses much cpu.
There ist no network activity.
started it with rhythmbox -d

nautilus has no problems with the ssh connection.

We are closing this bug report as it lacks the information, described in the previous comments, we need to investigate the problem further. However, please reopen it if you can give us the missing information and don't hesitate to submit bug reports in the future.
