missing flavor handling in "nova"

Bug Description
at the moment it's possible to call "nova flavor-list" to list all defined flavors. but it's not possible to use "nova" for managing existing flavors or to add new flavors. this functionality is only available in "nova-manage". i think the functionality has to be moved from "nova-manage" to "nova".

Yes, but that is more of a blueprint than a bug. We do agree, though :)
