Bug Description
Matt Zimmerman says: "The status whiteboard should be to keep track of the status of the spec. Therefore, it should only be editable by people who are working on the spec: developers, drivers and select other folks (like reviewers). It is perhaps a bigger problem that anyone can edit the specifications themselves, as they are prone to inappropriate edits (see PowerPCReview, e.g.), but the status whiteboard is always a problem around summits when there is a lot of spec activity."
I concur, but this is the reverse of bug 52880.

We intend to remove the whiteboard. Blueprints needs comments with status.
