Rescue VM should use a -RESCUE suffix to disambiguate

Bug Description

Currently the rescue VM is using the hostname of the original VM, e.g. just `apple`.

This is confusing since it's not actually 'apple', it won't have any of apples environment, etc.

It really should be something like 'apple-RESCUE' or 'RESCUE-for-apple'.
