[edgy] firefox crash by totem? [@NP_GetMIMEDescription]

Is this crash always reproducible? The noscript plugin is not shipped with ubuntu, is it?

Could you please try to obtain a backtrace by following the instructions on https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MozillaTeam/Bugs, or upload the crash report that probably was generated during the crash and that should be located at /var/crash/. This will greatly aid us in tracking down your problem.

noscript plugin is not shipped with ubuntu. noscript protects me from the crash until I unblock the site. If I disable the nosript plugin firefox still crashes.

The crash is always reproducible.

I *can confirm* this bug in edgy by visiting the reported web site.

Checked in feisty, the page loads rightly without crash.

assigned back to mozilla-bugs for further eval.

Here is the backtrace log. its not very helpfull but i will continue to see what i can come up with.

What plugins are you using? What version are they?

looks not like a firefox issue.

reporter cannot reproduce anymore. Most likely a bad local
installation or something. We will never know.
