or some other mechanism to age files and directories out of /tmp. build5 collected more than 2^15 directories in /tmp and started failing tests.

Adds tmpreaper to jenkins slave crontab.
Schedules tmpreaper to run daily at 1am, and delete files older than 1 days from /tmp.
Fixes bug 925774
