Disable border resize

Bug Description

Because I accidently resize Onboard when I type a space it would be nice if the borders can be disabled for resize. It shoud be ennough to resize with the grippers appearing after a long tap on "move"

There is a resize protection in the Accessibility tab of the Preferences of Onboard. If you set it to none, it should not be possible to resize Onboard. Does it not suit your needs?

Are the touch handles you get on long press large enough to grab? I haven't been able to test them on a touch device.

We might have to consider moving the resize protection to the window tab of the Preferences dialog of Onboard to make it more visible.
