pam_tty_audit.so is missing in oneiric/precise

It is also not present on precise. Interestingly this was worked on before: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pam/+bug/588547

This bug was fixed in the package pam - 1.1.3-8ubuntu1

This will not be fixed in 12.04. Libaudit is not a supported library in that release.
