Double backticks are parsed wrong

Bug Description

In inyoka, double backtick `` ist set as markup for monospace font. The Preview Tab only displays monospace parts in double backticks not correctly

Hi,

thanks for clarification! You are right, that Inyoka handels ``monospace`` and `monospace` the same, but following the syntax rules only `monotype` with one backtick should be correct (see http://wiki.ubuntuusers.de/Wiki/Syntax#Textformatierung).

However I want to be compatible with Inyoka, so implemented it the same now.
