Original Description:

I've got a message box telling me to create a new report and attach the file /var/crash/_usr_lib_firefox_firefox-bin.1000.crash

But, by now, I don't find the way. Sorry

You cant attach files when reporting a bug you havbe to report it than attach them using the comment/Attach File link below this comment. Please attach the full crash report located in /var/crash please

I could have something to do with Shockwave. Yes, I tried to install it. Of course it went wrong in Ubuntu. But also tried it in Windows (under qemu) and a similar problem arised.

uploaded (I think) it twice. Where should I attach it?

We are going to close this bug report because it looks that it was caused by adobe's flashplugin-nonfree which we can do anything about it, since it is closed source. You might want to report it upstream directly.

Don't know if it's the same problem, but at least there's a crash again.

I've reinstalled firefox and even updated it. But, again, at start up (without even launching it) I've got another crash warning.

I understant that it could be generated by something outside Firefox (flash plugin?) but I expect from a solid product to be other-plugin resistant.

It's there anything else I can do to make firefox run properly again?
