Bug Description

Binary package hint: bluetooth

This is not a bug but a feature request.

Please integrate mx5000tools in bluetooth, or at least add some "magic glue", so the LCD display of the Logitech MX5000 keyboard can be used, as well as some of the extra keys.

Website of mx5000tools:

Thanks. We are past feature freeze for feisty, but we'll keep the request open for Feisty+1.

After feisty, there was gutsy and then hardy. When is the feature freeze for intrepidy? Will mx5000tools be considered?

Hmm why did you open a against bluez?

this is a totally different tool, so open a bug to request packaging of mx5000 and not here, use https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuDevelopment/NewPackages to do the request.

Thanks
