indicates that the source package php4-sqlite has binary packages that are not
installable at the moment.

Please have a look and make sure it's installable again.

Package php4-sqlite version 1.0.2-12build1 has an unmet dep:
 Depends: phpapi-20050606

It should be removed once gallimimus and bamboo don't depend on it anymore.
