PDFs links need to be created for API Dev Guides

Bug Description
All four API dev guides need to have their pom.xml and book files updated so that a PDF link appears on the first page of the book webhelp output.
Compute API 2
Image API 1.0
Identity API 2.0
Object Storage API 1.0
You need these items to make it work:
<?rax pdf.url=
above the title element in the book file, where the filename and path point to the PDF file name.
and
<canonicalUrlBase>http://
in the pom.xml file.
And at least <version>
in the pom.xml file for the plugin com.rackspace.

Fixed for Compute API and Object Storage API. Image API and Identity API do not have these PDF links yet.
