Binary package hint: update-manager

Hi,

I have LANG="iw_IL.utf8", update-manager crashes with:

File "/tmp/kde-root/adept_updaterXgQxLb.tmp-extract/DistUpgradeViewKDE.py", line 137, in pulse
self.parent.window_main.progress_text.setText("<i>" + _("About %s remaining") % FuzzyTimeToStr(self.eta) + "</i>")
UnicodeDecodeError: 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xd7 in position 1: ordinal not in range(128)

Seems to work with LANG="C".
