Could not install the upgra (Feisty update-manager)

Binary package hint: update-manager

Downloaded about 120 MB (about 1 week since prior upgrade) of upgrades for Ubuntu 7.04 Alpha and got a msg saying: Could not install the upgrades

The upgrade aborts now. Your system could be in an unusable state. A recovery was run (dpkg --configure -a).

Please report this bug against the 'update-manager' package and include the files in /var/log/dist-upgrade/ in the bugreport.... E:I wasn't able to locate file for the libc6 package. This might mean you need to manually fix this package.

term.log was empty, but here is the apt.log as requested. If there is anything else I can do let me know.
