There are some problems with it:
1. we lacked one close bracket on command "NOVA-INST-
2. DIR is a new variable in /etc/fstab file line:
HostA:/ DIR nfs4 defaults 0 0
3. we need describe how to run libvirtd to allow it run instance binary ( such as /usr/bin/kvm) with root user id. Only with these configurations, VM can start with images on NFS shared storage configured in this manual.

in fact, you have to set POSIX users/groups of qemu driver. have a look at http://
