Bug Description

Binary package hint: adept-common

Force "dpkg --configure -a" to run when one of the adept apps crashes. Users unfamiliar with the deb package system will be locked out of any further updates. This would be unneeded frustration that could lend users going back to windows.

It would be nice if adept was able to resolve this itself rather than needing manual repair

Just reviewing some adept bugs and it looks like a fix for this problem is being worked on in bug 48627. Marking this as duplicate of that bug
