libical FTBFS on amd64

From the build log:

compilation terminated.

Looks like a missing dependency. This seems to happen only when I use a parallel build.

The attachment "libical-ftbfs-fix.debdiff" of this bug report has been identified as being a patch in the form of a debdiff.
