Link that goes to same page

Adding info for the doc tools team.

The source is found here:
https://github.com/openstack/openstack-manuals/blob/master/doc/src/docbkx/openstack-compute-admin/computeconfigure.xml

It points to an XML ID in a ../common/ directory. Should the reference:
 <xref linkend="ch_identity_mgmt">

somehow indicate that the ch_identity_mgmt file is in a ../common/ directory? Or will this cross-reference just not work?

I've committed a fix for this, changing:

<xref linkend="ch_identity_mgmt">

to

<xref linkend="ch-identity-mgmt-config">

While it's true that the file that's linked to is in ../common/ch_identity_mgmt.xml, xrefs actually point to the xml:id attribute on the target element, without any reference to the file containing that element.

I also fixed a number of other minor validation errors.
