Bug Description

ISO : precise-alternate-amd64.iso
Build Number:Ubuntu 12.04 LTS "Precise Pangolin" - Beta amd64 (20120418)
Installation language: Simple Chinese

During the installation process, I found the keyboard config page is not translated to Chinese at all.
Please refer to the attached picture for more information

If you choose the Traditional Chinese as the installation language, you will met the same issue
