Bug Description

a recent change (https://review.openstack.org/#/c/6317/) introduced a new way to get a DevStack domU on XenServer, i.e. via a ubuntu netinstall. Currently this always hits us.archive.ubuntu.com.

It would be nice to support local mirrors.

    bug 988550: devstack installer for xenserver to support user-defined ubuntu mirror

    add support for local mirrors by:

    - making sure the preseed file points to a local mirror.
    - the apt sources mounted in the DevStack VM will point automatically to the same mirrror
