I'm sorry, I misunderstood. I was confusing the bcm43xx-fwcutter stuff with one of the apps needed for NDIS-wrapper.

Which kernel did you run before? Somewhere after 2.6.20-6 there was a change to the bcm43xx-driver which makes a newer firmware necessary. Did you try to fetch the newer firmware with an up-to-date bcm43xx-fw-cutter? On my laptop 2.6.20-13-generic works well with my BCM4318 (r2).

Unfortentely I don't know how to make a look, but I think that I didn't updated my kernel, because there weren't change in grub. Now I'm using 2.6.20-13-generic and I upgrade every day.

#Did you try to fetch the newer firmware with an up-to-date bcm43xx-fw-cutter?
I have installed bcm43xx-fwcutter two days before, so I think I have the newest one.

Could you indicate the model and/or version of your machine? Could you also add the output produced by running
lspci
in a terminal?

I did "sudo modprobe -r bcm43xx sudo modprobe bcm43xx-mac80211" and I can't find wifi menu in Knetworkmanager. How can I redo it? I have no idea
P.S. I would like that it knetworkmanager will show me wifi-points
