adept crasched while installing packages

Sorry but I reinstalled kubuntu because i had other problems due to my errors!
I'm really sorry but i can't help you!
Now I've reinstalled and it's all ok, but I've lost the log.
However I don't think that was a big problem.. because I fixed it
running apt in textual mode.. and.. Apt told me a command line (i
don't remember) to continue the installation and configuration of deb
archives because there was a problem during the previous installation
(when adept crashed).

Also if is OT i would notify that Feisty doesn't start xorg with the
right refresh because i've got a LCD Samsung SyncMaster 151BM and when
Xorg starts in my monitor appear " Frequency too high!!!"

This bug should be fixed because the newbies don't know how modify
xorg.conf in textual mode!

I'm sorry for my bad english!
